IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA BEHIND THE MIC

Weather it's Acting…Writing...Directing, or Voicing a book or commercial, it's all creative, and that’s where I live. I spent time gracing numerous stages of comedy clubs throughout the country and abroad, perfecting characters and a presence on stage, that would carry me off stage, as well as in front of and behind the camera. The jokes still come, they just end up on paper, instead of a live audience, and the characters find their way into everyday life, navigating as ghosts and perfecting their roles, until they end up in a future screenplay or script. I’m not sure if I like one particular genre of the entertainment business over the other, I just enjoy the creative process and the gratification of presenting it to an audience who appreciates the GRIND.

Mike Ray has over 15 years of experience with recording, coaching and producing voice overs. Having spent time as an on-air personality on "PowerTalk", a talk radio station heard all over the globe, with shows such as the infamous "He Said, She Said", it proved to be a natural segue into the world of voice overs. From his keen ability to capture an audience's attention to his uncanny way of developing the various nuances of others he produces, Mike Ray has received rave reviews on his knowledge of the aspects of studio technique and overall business sense. As a result, he has been sought after for coaching, recording and producing voice overs.
